Product delivery times

To know the delivery time:

1. Choose the item you want to buy

2. Select quantities and size

3. Read the coloured text that appears next to the sizes and tell you the delivery times of the products you have selected.

What is the meaning of colored lettering?

• For products in status (Delivery in 4-5 days): Delivery in 4/5 working days*

• For products in status (Delivery within 8-10 days): Delivery within 10 working days*

• For products in status (Delivery within 9-11 days): Delivery within 11 working days*

• For products in status (Delivery within 10-13 days): Delivery within 13 working days*

• For products in status (Delivery within 12-15 days): Delivery within 15 working days*

* Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded. Delivery times may vary for shipments to smaller islands and abroad.

PLEASE NOTE: the times indicated may be varied!

Once the order has been completed, the customer will still be informed with an email on the expected date of shipment. The customer may express the will to cancel the order placed (if not yet shipped), by giving written communication via email to ordini@dalavoro.it within 24 hours of the communication received; otherwise, the order will be considered automatically confirmed. In the event of a delay with respect to the expected timing or unavailability of one or more requested items, the customer will be promptly contacted by email, Whatsapp message or by telephone to the contacts indicated in his account. The delivery times indicated are not binding, however, the seller will do everything in his power to respect them.
