When can you return a product?

within 14 days of receiving the package.



Why can you return a product?

• you are not satisfied with the fit;

• the size is not good;

• you don’t like the color;

• the fabric does not suit you;

• you’ve reconsidered.



Products can only be returned if:

• not used, stained, washed or damaged

• identification tag still attached

• returned in their original packaging

• have not been customized with prints or embroidery

•  the return request has been validated by the seller

• the customer will take care and bear the shipping costs to make the return.





What can you get after returning the product?

• the same product in different sizes;

• a discount voucher for your next purchase;

• the refund of the product (less shipping costs and any fees paid).



What do you need to do to make a return?

1. Once you decide you want to make the product, go to www.dalavoro.com and click within your account on order history

2. find the order number to which the product refers and click on details

3. At the bottom of your order summary you will find the procedure for making the return

4. After activating the return procedure, send the package at your own expense (by courier of your choice)

inserting outside the package the label to be cut and inside the package the return note to be filled in that you received by email.

5. When your parcel arrives at our location, we will provide you with the option you have selected from:

Send the change of size at our expense;

Generate a discount voucher to buy other products with free shipping fees;

Refund what you spent on the returned goods.



Attention: what to do if you have received an incorrect product?

In the case of products received defective or not compliant with the order, Dalavoro will take charge of all shipping costs for the collection and replacement of the goods.
