How to make a return?

1. Enter your reserved area and view your order history;

2. Find the order number to which the product refers and click on "+" to view the details of the reference order;

3. Click on "details" to view the products you have ordered;

4. Select the products to be returned indicating the quantity and reason for the return;

5. Send your return authorization request;

6. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance of the return where you will find the instructions to follow on how to prepare the package.
